Our team has helped owners manage modernization and renovation projects as well as conducted building condition and educational adequacy analysis’. Visions In Planning has worked extensively with municipal officials, community stakeholders and school district staff to gain project support and input through the planning process. We have also produced district-wide management plans for portables, helped draft and implement policies for both school closure and for the adaptive reuse and/ or demolition of under-utilized facilities in several districts. For City and County governments we have provided facility inventory documentation and long range capital planning for facilities. Since 2011, Visions In Planning, has been engaged in all aspects of facilities planning from: facility assessments, demographics, facility utilization analysis, educational adequacy, to project management for Owner's, GO Bond and capital outlay planning. Our facility planning team has worked with large and small school districts and charter schools across New Mexico and the southwest including: BIA Community Schools, Community Colleges, as well as City and County agencies.
