PS Ventures, LLC was founded in 2010 to serve as the development arm of founder and principal Shane Pollin. Over its first decade, PS Ventures and Shane Pollin proudly worked primarily with The Duffie Companies, members of the Duffie family, and their partners. We approach challenges in the built environment with fresh eyes to develop customized, unique strategies and solutions.
