Abacus Property Solutions (“Abacus”) is a woman-owned real estate advisory firm, specializing in the development and financing of energy saving projects for commercial building owners. We provide integrated technical and financial solutions that maximize building value and performance from a truly independent perspective. Abacus uses C-PACE financing to pay for 100% of upfront project costs that an owner repays through a special assessment on the property tax bill. Abacus has supported, designed, and/or implemented C-PACE programs around the country particularly in Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Texas, Illinois, Florida, Louisiana, North Carolina, Oregon, Hawaii, New Jersey, Georgia, Ohio, Tennessee, and Alberta Province in Canada. The firm serves as the PACE fintech advisor for the Virginia PACE Authority (VPA) in Virginia and the Illinois Energy Conservation Authority (IECA) in Illinois.
