Is there a concrete admixture to prevent water leaks?
...leaks, mold, mildew etc. I'm just a bit stumped between 'concrete wicking moisture' and 'water leaks'. Also wondering if perhaps this is a new construction or existing, as an 'admix' would be added to the concrete before it is poured. With more details we would be happy to help.
