If a passive house is designed well is it worth the extra cost for Low E window coatings?

Are there any updates on the progress of the second demonstration house?

...solar air panels that is new at this point. We expect to see about 60-70 % of the heat load but we won't know for sure until the winter of 2020 - 2021 when they are in full operation. I imagine you saw the installation video of the slab on grade kit here as well as the radiant tubing.
