Should I put gravel on a crawl space floor for drainage?

...membrane such as a poly vapor barrier. Without that moisture from the ground will continuously rise into the space and risk causing mold and mildew.

If the foundation wall has tyvek wrap will it trap moisture?

We have a house that's being built in the basement and the walls have ice and water. theres tyvek then studs and insulation and plastic over top of this, there's moisture and ice and water inside on the insulation.
