Can I purchase a prefab Eco Home kit house for land in Ottawa or Edmonton?

Im looking in buying a house or land in Ottawa or Edmonton, even a bit outside the city. I’m interested in the pre-fab LEED concept. Are there restrictions in terms of what house/land I can buy? For example, if there is already an existing house, what can be done? Etc... Many of our prefab kit houses are LEED ready,...
