Which is better to stop odors, an oil or water based sealer?
...walls are cynder block 3 feet high. Than dirt floor covered with 20 mil poly, Then floor joists above.
I was thinking about sealing the cinder block walls and wood joists.
Is it best to use oil based or water based sealer? And what product would you recomend?
