Inspired by a passion for great design and dedication to our future generations, brian pearson co-founded Studio Pear. Before practicing architecture brian worked as a builder and furniture maker developing a keen sense of craft that combines with his more than 20 years of architecture practice in the San Francisco region. He has developed expertise in many of the critical issues facing us today: wildfire risk mitigation, renewable energy systems, grey water use, and energy efficiency. Studio Pear was founded to design for clients, better buildings without additional cost. We provide our clients great service and a practical approach resulting in beautiful buildings with comfort, delight and long lasting value.

My love of hiking and camping grew to a dedication to environmentalism and lead to a career in architecture. I have always strived to find efficient and low impact solutions in my designs.
