Greenguard certified encapsulated EPS rigid insulation panels complete this crawlspace project. The pony wall is stabilised with a new plywood sheathing screwed to the interior, knowing that the perm rate of 1 will ensure that the insulated and isolated lumber behind can dry to the conditioned crawlspace. Using structural screws allows for easy future inspection and the insulation leaves a 12' skirt to warm the foundation strip to prevent any possibility of frost heave.
