Above It All Roofing completed a full residential roof replacement in Mississauga, Ontario.
The project included a complete tear-off of existing shingles, full deck inspection for soft spots and moisture damage, ice and water shield along all eaves and valleys, synthetic underlayment across the full deck, and installation of CertainTeed architectural shingles.
All flashing at penetrations, wall transitions, and the chimney was replaced. New ridge venting was installed to ensure proper attic airflow — a common issue in older Mississauga homes that shortens roof lifespan when left unaddressed.
The project was completed in two days. Full site cleanup, including a magnetic nail sweep of the lawn and driveway, was completed before we left. The homeowner received both the CertainTeed manufacturer's warranty and our workmanship warranty in writing.
