This 16x24 custom-built cedar pavilion was designed to create a refined outdoor living space that blends warmth, structure, and timeless materials.
Constructed entirely from premium cedar, the structure features a fully finished tongue-and-groove ceiling, custom cedar louvred privacy screens, and integrated lighting to extend usability well into the evening. The rich natural tones of the cedar contrast beautifully with the hand-laid masonry stone columns, adding both architectural strength and visual balance.
A gas fireplace is set into a full natural stone feature wall, creating a cozy focal point and transforming the pavilion into a true four season retreat. The fireplace wall adds depth, texture, and function making the space ideal for entertaining or relaxing with family.
Underfoot, Permacon’s Mondrian pavers in Margaux Beige were selected for their clean, contemporary pattern and neutral warmth. The layout complements the stone columns and enhances the structured geometry of the pavilion while maintaining an inviting feel.
This project was designed and built to provide a seamless transition from indoor comfort to outdoor luxury offering shade, privacy, and a high-end entertaining environment that adds long-term value to the home.
