Thus in 2002, Addison Homes became the only Greenville SC builder to certify 100% of its homes to rigorous "green" performance standards. Todd's wife, Michelle—herself a 15-year marketing veteran at Milliken & Company—joined the Addison Homes team as VP/Sales & Marketing in 2008.
