In 2000, Ronald J. Allen and Gary L. Huggins became minority owners in NDC Construction Company, and in 2008, the partners purchased the remaining shares from National Development Corporation. To date, NDC Construction Company has built or been a partner in building over 275 projects in our surrounding community.
