COMMUNICATION We feel communication is critical to a successful building experience. Through constant communication, we make sure you are aware of the progress on your project and everyone involved is on the same page. Seamless integration with all of the subcontractors and suppliers saves time and money. BUDGETING We have tracked the costs of our building projects closely for decades. This information, along with current pricing from suppliers and subcontractors, allows us to build a complete budget for each project. Each project’s budget is updated monthly with our billing process being completely transparent. All original invoices are provided to you each month along with an accurate accounting of all labor. PRE-CONSTRUCTION We can offer preliminary budgeting and value engineering suggestions during the pre-construction process that can help ensure the design fits within your budget. INCENTIVE Our goal is for everyone involved with a project to take ownership of their work. By having a core group of carpenters work from framing through finish, we create a sense of ownership and pride in the quality and production on the job. To reward our employees, we profit share on every job. With most of our contracts, we reserve a portion of the profit which is strictly payable at the owner’s option at the end of the project. This performance bonus is then shared with the employees who were directly involved in the project creating a win-win situation.
