Wallant Architecture has been creating original residential and commercial designs since 1989 when Scott Wallant first hung up his shingle in Albany, New York. Wallant’s work includes Classical, Timber and Craftsman styles, and a growing portfolio of Modern design. Their portfolio includes single and multi-family residential, retail and office projects, restaurants, car dealerships, a timber-framed bank, a library on a Catskill mountaintop, Church additions, and an adaptive re-use of a 150-year-old firehouse. Wallant’s work has received design awards from the American Institute of Architects and been featured on the covers of Builder and Hudson Valley magazines.
