Umber Architecture was founded in 2014 with the mission to provide custom innovative design. Each project receives a customized approach depending on the client. A homeowner may want to go over every detail of a project, while a builder may need a simplified set of plans. Building Codes are fairly uniform, but each municipality will have their own criteria for design and information required on the plans. The final Design is documented and provided on a set of plans. A good set of design documents will be able to convey the intent of the project, provide the necessary information to complete the project.
