Founded in 2014, Project 308 Design is a full service architecture firm, providing both traditional and non-conventional applications of problem solving in architecture, interiors, and related industries. In its over 7 years of operation, the team at Project 308 has worked to support over 1M SF of design and construction across the continental United States, with specialties in corporate office environments, security-based design, medical office, and a growing K-12 portfolio. The company, at its core, is the realization of a long held desire of its Managing Principal, Chris Penndorf, to found a practice that serves as a creative extension of his voice, personality, and approach to both business and design. As the company has grown over the years, so has the overall talent, personality, and skill set of the practice, creating an organic and ever evolving entity that is reflective of the characteristics of its team members. With its staff of Architects and Interior Designers, Project 308 is well-suited to support a variety of project types and needs, including preliminary programming, space planning, predesign facility studies, design and construction documentation, furniture and finish consulting, and three-dimensional visualization. In conjunction with its selected consulting partners, Project 308 is able to provide comprehensive design services from the initial stages of project planning through completion and occupancy.
