What We Do MLM-Martin Architects, Inc. celebrated our 30th corporate anniversary in 2022 and we have seen the transformation of the A/E/C profession project delivery from hand drafting to our present Revit BIM 3-D Models hosted in the cloud. Our firm has grown steadily over the last 30+ years obtaining recurring projects and clients with multiple Municipal, Government, Quasi-Governmental, and School Boards. MLM is widely known in the community for having tight construction documents and open communication for overall project Design, Project Management, Construction Administration, Quality Assurance during design and Quality Control during construction. Our experience in design and construction goes back to 1986. From a project's onset, MLM creates a shared vision with our clients and implements this vision with our team's technical know-how and our proven ability to work with a large team of hand-picked, specialized consultants. Our collaboration process extends to all Authorities Having Jurisdiction on our projects with careful, thoughtful building design. Our broad practice is fertile ground for the crosspollination of design ideas, concepts, and knowledge that can be applied to our client's projects. MLM has demonstrated this time and time again to our repeat clients. MLM’s working relationship with our consultants utilizes a collaborative approach from sub-specialty disciplines and team members to help produce the very best outcome for our clients. Our 11-person firm has decades of combined experience with 2 Registered Architects (one of whom is also a Registered Interior Designer), 1 Registered Interior Designer, 3 Graduate Architects / Architectural Designers, 1 QA / QC staff, 1 Document Control staff, 1 Architectural Design Interns, and 2 Administrative staff; all persons thoroughly trained in their school of discipline. MLM’s building projects have ranged in value from $500,000.00 to over $35,000,000.00 in construction cost.
