GreenTek Construction, LLC, a member of the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Fairfield County and US Green Building Counsel, Connecticut Chapter, expands GreenTek Consulting, LLC’s ten year old sustainability for the built environment practice. Our mission is to bring quality sustainable design & construction in a single design-build package to Connecticut, focusing on the Fairfield County market. GreenTek has worked on projects from the first “green” dental office (25 exam rooms) on the east coast, to green homes in Fairfield County, CT and the Hamptons, and energy retrofit consulting and implementation supervision for large Connecticut multifamily complexes. In the past several years GreenTek has worked closely with owners and local contractors as designer and sustainability / construction consultant of residential additions and renovations in Westport’s Saugatuck shores, Downtown Historic district, and Norwalk. GreenTek is currently engaged in single family new construction and renovation/addition projects in Fairfield Beach and Westport; as well as, a two-family home in New Canaan. GreenTek Consulting recently completed work as Owner/Developer of a resilient and sustainable rebuild and addition to a storm Sandy damaged home in Fairfield, CT. True to our philosophy, GreenTek saved the home and designed a home that is beautiful, functional and sustainable.
