HCI organizational structure consists of teams with professional staff for both Buildings (vertical) and Infrastructure (Horizontal) with the purpose of providing Project Management, Construction Management, Owner’s Representative, Cost Estimating, System Commissioning, and other services as needed for complex buildings and infrastructure projects in San Francisco and the greater Bay Area.
