H. Watt & Scott, Inc (HWS) is an Alaskan contracting company founded in 1986 and has maintained a main office at 10360 Nigh Road in Anchorage since 1990. The firm is still owned and managed by Glenn Watts, Bo Scott, and Tim DeLand; operating under a principle of building long term relationships and quality delivery of projects for all of our clients. Glenn Watts, Robert (Bo) Scott, and Tim DeLand are the principal members of the HWS ownership team. Together they have successfully managed many projects in their 100 years of combined experience in public and private contracting work performed in Alaska. HWS has worked in many capacities ranging from General Contractor, Design/Builder, Prime Contractor, and Subcontractor. This wide variety of delivery system participation allows us to view the renovation and construction process from a multitude of perspectives and manage the process effectively, efficiently, and fairly.
