BENCHMARK CONSTRUCTION was founded in 1993 with the vision of providing professional construction services that place an emphasis on creativity and integrity. At BENCHMARK we provide comprehensive Construction Management (CM), Design/Build (D/B) and General Contracting (GC) services for a wide range of institutional, educational, commercial, industrial, historic and retail projects throughout Maine and New England. Because of our strong and ongoing partnerships with design professionals, sub-contractors and vendors, we deliver projects in a timely and cost-effective manner.
