Established in 1960 by Gordon Harbuck, for 62 years, B&I has provided exceptional performance in mechanical systems, service, electrical, plumbing, and cross-discipline maintenance for commercial building contractors and the structures they build. In 1963, the original Articles of Incorporation were created and B&I still operates under these original articles. An Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) was established in 1986, and ESOP now owns 100% of the corporate stock.
