Today, Maisons Laprise employs more than 250 people, operates 5 manufacturing facilities in Montmagny, located on the south shore of Quebec city, Canada and researches, develops as well as manufactures innovative offsite building systems (panels, modules, hybrids) for the residential home and multi-housing markets.

Our homes are pre-engineered here in the province of Quebec and assembled with FSC wood, eco-conscious building materials, insulation and air/waterproofing system 100 % recyclable. Responsible and respectful of the environment, our cutting-edge manufacturing process and construction technique generate only 2% of waste which, in turn, is recycled. And as we build panelized homes as opposed to modular homes, we favor the purchases of local building materials and local contractors.
