We’re a family-run, eco-wise, boutique-style construction company. Our mission is to pre-fabricate SEED walls, floors, and roofs for new homes, boathouses, offices, garages, and cottages.
We strive to build sustainable, ecologically responsible homes and commercial spaces that mitigate climate change. Durability and quality are key. Performance, safety, and energy efficiency cannot be compromised. From our 7,000-square-foot factory in Muskoka, we design, build, and install pre-fabricated walls, roofs, and floors that meet strict Passive Homes guidelines.
