Energy Efficiency:
Garaga garage doors are injected with a high-pressure polyurethane foam that extends throughout the door. This insulation is the best on the market and provides a superior "R" factor (R-12 to R-18). A solid seal between sections with double-lip weather stripping increases the door's airtightness and reduces air infiltration. Finally, the doors are equipped with true thermal breaks (wood blocks in the end caps coupled with double-leaf weatherstripping at the perimeter of the door) to prevent the conduction of cold air from the outside to the inside of the garage.
Solid construction:
Garaga offers a lifetime warranty on its products and they are designed to last 25 years, compared to 10 years with other manufacturers. Our doors are built to withstand the rigors of the Canadian climate. Garaga's residential hardware is the highest rated by garage door specialists.
Use of recycled products:
The aluminum Garaga uses can be recycled.
The galvanized steel used for our doors contains 50% recycled steel (20% post-consumer, 25% post-industrial and 13% steel mill rejects) and some other components are made of 25% recycled materials.
