Based in the City of Kamloops, British Columbia, Trout Creek Enterprises Ltd. has been established on more than 20 years of millwork and residential construction experience. The vision at Trout Creek started when the company first started re-manufacturing lumber into specialty wood products such as Tongue and Groove. Through local and global networking and markets, Trout Creek was soon to be established as a economic alternative to buying mill direct products. Since then we have grown into a diverse materials supplier and construction company with more than one way to provide service, value and quality to our customers.
We design, manufacture and build homes and commercial structures that are functional, energy efficient and have great style. We have extensive experience in residential and commercial design, construction and project management.

Green Energy Efficient Building
Trout Creek is always innovating ways to reduce our environmental footprint. From product development to worksite manufacturing we aim for zero-waste. Products that help reduce fossil fuel consumption. Trout Creek’s Structurally Insulated Panels (SIP’s) are designed to reduce demand on gas, oil and coal use which reduces greenhouse gas emissions (like carbon dioxide) from heating and cooling your home. The result is a cleaner environment which we can all be proud of. Additionally, SIP’s are 100% recyclable and reduce job site waste up to 60% compared to conventional stick-frame construction methods.
The airtight panels prevent heat/cool loss resulting in precise control over room temperatures, while reducing humidity, dust and other allergens from entering your home. SIP’s are better for your living environment, inside where you live, breathe, and spend most of your time. Because of their structural fitting, studies have shown a reduction of respiratory disease and allergies and an increase in air quality indoors.
