With more than a decade in the Nantucket’s construction industry, Steve Hollister (founder and principal at Hollister Consulting) provides expertise gleaned from his experience as a General Contractor, Property Manager, Real Estate Developer and Owner’s Representative. Notable clients include the Nantucket Golf Club, the Greydon House Hotel, the Nantucket Lighthouse School, Sankaty Head Golf Club and the Nantucket Boys & Girls Club. Steve helps his clients plan, budget, vet contractors, solicit bids, coordinate design teams and manage projects. Steve provides a local presence for the inspection of construction means and methods, monitoring and reporting on progress and peace of mind for clients’ building from afar.
