Originally from Paris, France, Sophie Castro studied Interior Design at the Parsons School of Design New York City, NY. She has lived on the East Coast, in India, in Honolulu, HI, and she has now settled in Los Angeles, CA. Before her carreer in space design, she was a professional dancer, and studied holistic health, yoga and meditation for many years - all of which comes into play as she thrives to create well balanced, healthy, and beautiful spaces, with a Parisian flair. She is also committed to eco-friendly and sustainable interior design, considering indoor air quality, energy conservation, and how furniture and furnishings are made. Sophie is a WELL Acredited Professional, a LEED Green Associate, a certified GREEN AP by the Sustainable Furnishings Council, and holds a certificate in Advanced Classical Feng Shui for Architecture, Interior Design and Landscape.
