Iannucci Custom Homes has been in the construction industry for 40 years. We specialized in ICF ( insulated concrete forms) in 2003. We created Windsor ICF shortly after that realizing that the majority of our business has become ICF related. Our first full ICF home was built in 2005 and attained an air exchange of 1.1 air exchange per hour and an energuide if 85. We were very impressed with our first entry into this program. It only gets better from there.

We no longer bring in gas for heating. Our builds are to the point that it no longer makes sense to bring in gas.
