We provided professional MEP/FP engineering consultation services for the construction.The project consists of full MEP/FP services for the the new 20,000 ft2 mixed use residential building, consisting of 10 residential units (2 unit each on floors 2-5 and 1 unit each on floors 6 & 7) and 2 ground floor restaurants. Restaurants shall be designed as white box spaces for fit out by future tenants. New York Engineers shall interface and coordinate with modular home builder NRB. Sound studio in the cellar is not included within scope.
