This home is being rebuilt in the aftermath of the Marshall Fires of 2021 to the Passive House standard. It is also being built to be mor fire resitant than a standard built home. It feature climate appropriate insulation using wood fiber and meineral wool. Triple pane windows. Mechanical fresh air systems, heating and cooling using heat pump technology and a a heat pump HWT using Co2 as a refrigerant.
