The owners were seeking an efficient living solution that would allow them to occupy their new property while building their primary residence. The meticulously-designed accessory dwelling unit (ADU) includes everything they needed: a custom kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room, with flexible storage space to boot.
The 423-square-foot tiny home was efficiently constructed as a single Plant Module, trucked to the site, and installed in a single day. On-site finish work was limited to utility connections and minor exterior trim and detailing, which included the lightHouse LivingHome’s signature, hand-crafted entry light, stair, and awnings.
