Surface sampling via swab test to identify mold types prior to decontamination. This was part a standard assessment, which also included multiple air samples, temperature readings, relative humidity measurements, CO2 level readings, thermal imaging and moisture detection.
A full report was provided identifying the extent of the fungal presence, active source issues and best practices for remediation, all within 24-hours of the visit.
