Background Founded in 2004 by Jon Walker, Walker Structural Engineering has grown to include Principal Joe Speck, Principal Craig Davis, 4 Project Managers, a Project Engineer, a CAD/BIM Specialist, a Accounting and Human Resources Director, a Business Manager and an Administrative Assistant. Our projects have included many prominent buildings in Central and Eastern Oregon. We are licensed to work in Oregon, California, Washington, Idaho, Nevada, Arizona, Hawaii and have the ability to obtain licences in all other states. We look forward to working with our existing clients and creating new relationships as we continue to grow.
