4D Engineering LLC was founded by Janet and Charles Deep (Our Mission) to provide Superior Comprehensive Engineering Solutions that are focused on achieving our Client's needs in the best possible ways while glorifying the Lord Jesus Christ each day we are allowed to serve him and our Clients. We proudly serve North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Tennessee. Janet L. Deep, the Chief Executive Officer of 4D Engineering, has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of South Carolina. She has worked for various property management/development companies in the Columbia area for over 10 years, where she’s developed a strong accounting and development background. Most importantly, she is the visionary of the company and believes in superior client service through dedication, hard work, and attention to the details of each project. Charles Deep, PE, LEED AP BD+C, the President, is responsible for the engineering and production functions of 4D and is actively involved in all of the firms projects. He has a Bachelor's Degree and a Master's Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of South Carolina and has extensive construction management experience. He is a Registered Professional Engineer licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Tennessee. He is also a LEED Accredited Professional specialized in Building Design and Construction (LEED AP BD+C). He has over 16 years of engineering experience with many types of projects from small commercial site development to a 600 million dollar multi phased expansion project including 2 years of design and 4 years of construction administration.
