Tri-Ply Construction is a Yakima based firm founded in 1977 to serve the commercial building needs of Central Washington, and is committed to loyal and lasting relationships with our customers. Tri-Ply has continued to grow and prosper for over 40 years and employs a competent and caring staff that is dedicated to our customers and our community. Tri-Ply Construction has extensive commercial experience that includes but is not limited to the construction of pre-cast tilt-up buildings, structural steel buildings, wood frame, and masonry structures. We obtain many of our jobs by participating in the competitive bidding process, as well as by negotiating directly with prospective customers. Extensive use of the design build concept is utilized, ensuring that each customer receives precisely the structure and direction needed for their specific situation.
