Pre-Con Construction of Tampa, Inc. (now doing business as Pre-Con Construction of Florida) was started in 1990 as a “major project” structural precast erector and has since evolved into a construction management firm that specializes in small to large-scale commercial, institutional and industrial projects. We can provide services in general contracting, construction management, design/build and consulting/owners representation. Our philosophy is simple: provide a quality project at a fair price! We accomplish this by paying attention to the details. Timely communications with all project team members, pre-qualifying our subcontractors, insisting on quality workmanship and running a safe worksite.
