Frank Wangeman and Ed Colwell founded CWC in 1967. Eventually Ed would leave the business. Bart joined the family business in 1987 working alongside his father. Bart became president in 1997 and Frank retired in 2000 knowing the company he helped to start was in good hands. Jay joined CWC in 2017 to work with his dad in the family business. Jay holds an MBA degree and is a civil engineer and licensed builder. He has been a great addition to the team and is currently Colwell Wangeman Construction’s Vice President.
