Founded in 1972, AIMS had humble beginnings as a painting contractor. Our philosophy of exceptional customer service and performance was rewarded with our first construction management contract in 1981, and we have never looked back. While we have grown to service other markets, our emphasis on healthcare has allowed us to service among the most prestigious healthcare systems and academic medical centers in the country. They recognize the value inherent of specializing in complex renovations. In fact, 95% of our work occurs in active facilities. Our relationships with academic medical centers afforded us the opportunity to expand into higher education, infrastructure and labs. Our higher education portfolio now includes projects ranging from housing renovations to complex biosafety labs. Within infrastructure, our work includes emergency generator replacements, bulk medical gases, and sprinkler upgrades.
