Design Management Services (DMS) was established in 2005 to provide interior design, project management, and green building consulting services for clients nationwide. Over the years, DMS evolved to specialize in providing turn-key sustainability solutions, including commissioning and energy modeling. Michelle Raigosa (Cottrell), our president, has over 17 years in the design and construction industry, as a licensed designer, educator, project manager, a LEED AP BD+C, ID+C, O+M, and Homes, a WELL AP, and a seven-time published author. Our Vice President, Juan Raigosa, has over 25 years of experience as an owner’s representative project manager, construction manager, a LEED Green Associate, a WELL AP, a Parksmart Advisor, and a CSI CDT professional. Michelle and Juan’s calculated organizational skills, passion, and drive are the essence of DMS.
