Sage Design is an architectural design and consulting firm with a mission to promote and provide healthy, energy and resource efficient building design. We believe that the design process is the vital stage to creating structures and spaces that conserve energy and natural resources, improve indoor environments and minimize the site impacts of development. All of these opportunites include the needs of our clients. We aim to design energy efficient homes and commercial spaces, while utilizing the assets of the local environment. We collaborate with other design and construction professionals as needed to maximize the use knowledge and information available from experts in similar professional fields. We strive to inspire each client to achieve the highest levels of energy & resource effieciency they can, knowing the potential harmful and costly alternatives. Our planning and design experience includes projects in the residential, light & mixed-use commercial, and historic rehabilitation sectors with an emphasis on resource efficient and sustainable building principles.
