Located in the middle of historic downtown Charleston, South Carolina, Neil Stevenson Architects has been enriching the architectural landscape of Charleston and it’s surrounding areas for the past 30 years, with extensive experience in commercial and residential architecture. Our work includes residential developments, single-family residences, bars and restaurants, breweries and distilleries, hotels/hospitality, event spaces, retail and offices, and includes new buildings, renovations, additions and feasibility studies. We are known for both our contemporary design work as well as our extensive work with historic buildings in downtown Charleston. Our contemporary work focuses on dynamic and timeless designs.
