Green building focuses on sustainable sites, efficient use of water and energy, eco-conscious materials, and enhancing indoor environmental quality—all critical factors for reducing utility costs, improving durability, and fostering a healthy living environment. Right-sized design ensures that every space is purposeful, meeting both current needs and future needs of the homeowners.
