Founded in 2009 by Valerie Corbett, IntelliGreen Partners (IGP) is a Certified Women-owned Business (WBE) by New York City and New York State, specializing in energy efficiency advisory and project management services, compliance with NYC’s Green Building Laws, fuel conversions, and accessing financing and incentives to implement energy efficiency retrofit projects. IGP enables multifamily and commercial building owners to adopt “whole building” energy conservation strategies designed to increase their building’s value. As Owner’s Representative, we help building owners to: prepare a strategic Energy Efficiency Action Plan to mitigate the risk of annual fines under LL97’s carbon emissions limits, implement and manage their Energy Efficiency Action Plan, improve their LL33 Energy Efficiency Grade which must be prominently posted annually, initiate and manage the entire common area lighting retrofit, benchmark their building’s energy and water consumption under LL84, complete their LL87 Energy Audits, reduce the building’s energy use, save thousands of dollars in annual operating costs, reduce the building’s carbon emissions, and provide tenants with a comfortable and affordable living environment.
