A needs assessment is the process for determining the needs of the clients which include project goals, priorities, intended use, number of accommodations for areas and people as well as the functionality of the space. This assessment will help identify what the driving goals, needs and wants of the client are and will define what services would best accommodate the potential project. Our approach to project development will ensure the client’s needs have been central to the project development and outcome.
