Founded in 1990, Blue Prints has been serving the Tri-state region & East End of Long Island with sensitive custom design for 30 years. Architect Russell Blue attended Pratt Institute, studied in Rome and graduated in 1983. Working with many of the top Metropolitan area Construction Managers & Builders, the firm has designed and been instrumental in overseeing the construction of over 40 custom residences, many commercial/retail spaces and several restaurants and clubs. The firm has a vast and diversified client base with varying needs, such as; restaurants, hair salons, office planning and zoning analysis.
