We offer over 37 years of residential design experience. All of our plans are created using the latest cad technologies which allows us to create high quality and extensively detailed construction documents. We have experience with many different sustainable construction methods such as Advanced framing, TStud (Thermally Broken Stud),Insulated concrete forms (ICF's), Superior wall foundations, Frost protected shallow foundations, Structural insulated panels (SIP’s), Earth bermed, Light Clay Straw, Passive and Active solar designed homes. Our designs have been published locally and nationally and have been built thru-out Michigan and as far away as Alaska, Montana and New York. We are actively learning new methods of sustainable construction every chance we can, so we can share them with you. We have many new project seeking new green building standards such as Passive House, Living Building Challenge and GreenStar certification. We also specialize in creating Solar Net-Zero and Regenerative Farming Housing Developments and Urban ADU's (Accessory Dwelling Units).
