Our portfolio demonstrates the capability and expertise to service commercial, multi-unit residential, healthcare, government, education, and our fastest-growing data-center sector. Every day our amazing union and non-union team members bring about projects like the modernization example of reconfiguring the iconic Starbucks World Headquarters offices in the historic Seattle SODO neighborhood. Our work on this project secured our position as the 24/7 onsite Service and Maintenance team for the 1.8 million sq ft, 10-acre property.
